ANA is now Shangri La. Excellent views from the harbour view side. Wonderful restaurant at the top with even more stunning views. Liked the IC in Sydney too. But club access is a must to get the most out of this hotel.

The MO in Singapore left me disappointed after each of 3 stays last year - all in club rooms. The response I got from the ignoranus of a manager after I submitted an online questionnaire (they mailed it to me) was such an obviously superficial brush-off - without even taking the time to read what I had written - that I will now stay elsewhere in Singapore. (Oh, and the BA miles never posted. )
