Anybody else run into this TED luggage shuffle before? I found it insulting and felt Mr. Ted was discriminating against his companies’ best customers. If Mr Ted wanted to close his Premier line then he should have removed the sign.

I think the proper thing to do at that point would have been to walk over to the *front* of the regular line and take the next agent. If PAX complain, tell them to take it up with the supervisor.
