There has been a few threads on this topic in the past four months or so.
I have tried a few of those, some repeatedly. As mentioned elsewhere the choice is smaller but with different dishes if you originate out of ZRH, FRA or LHR (strangely no BTC out of CDG). I consistently liked the lobster. The steack à la sompote was vastly overcooked. The hor mok pla average. I often regret having preordered BTC when I see the menu on the flight. But TG is always willing to let me have some of the other food.
