As a report... service with a smile but no upgrade for this Emerald member. Was given a G6 (was the only choice) and no offer of an upgrade to SUV. Those seem to be at a premium with the snow these days. It is Emerald Counter service, so they had the paperwork ready to go when I showed up -- put down my ID and credit card, she gave me the keys and off I went.
