The pitch between 34HJK and 35HJK is just the normal pitch. No "2 metres" or anything like it. The only unusual thing is that the cabin crew don't tend to recline their row very much when they're using it (or maybe I don't notice because I'm already asleep), and they're not using it through the entire flight, so you do get a few more inches of face room for some or all of the flight.
If you want yards of legroom, you need an exit row. But they tend to be noisy and busy. Personally, I'll take 35K any time - I love it.
