Flying QF 1 SYD/LHR and then QF 10 LHR/SIN, with the system automatically pre-allocating us Seats 35H & 35J on both sectors. It was advised by Qantas that these were very lucrative seats, given the crew rest area ahead, with the telephone consultant advising that there was about "2 metres of legroom ahead" and that one wouldn't need to worry about another passenger from that row having to climb across me and my girlfriend as there is easily enough room to walk around.

Not that it makes any difference, but for curiosity sake, I'm sure someone can advise about how much legroom is actually available in front? My past OS trips have all been down the back of economy, so it is nice to be up the front for a change ^
