I purchased a ticket for my daughter several weeks ago. I purchased when it was $262 where it had been $138. I saw it went to $217 and called and they gave me the difference in a voucher. Today I see the price went even lower and when I called they said there would be a $50 change fee to get the additional now only $9 for the fare they saw in the computer.

Which one is correct? I didn't change classes or anything. I don't usually do this but this is my daughters hard earned money and I was trying to help her out.

I also got someone overseas on the first call and could hardly understand him with his accent and he wasn't grasping what I was trying to do. I tried a search and only found very old threads dealing with this.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
