I understand the upper deck of the 747-200 has WBC seating with 70 inches of pitch. In the window seat, is it easy to get out and get to the aisle even when the aisle person next to you and the person in front of him/her is fully reclined? I usually choose aisle seats in BC, even though I would like to have the view out the window. But if it's easy to get out of the window seat to use the lav or whatever, I would choose the window seat.

And one more question: how is the last row of seating in the upper deck? I always like the last row of a section, because there's no one behind me kicking or grabbing my seat. But are there any big drawbacks to the last row of the upper deck, like no windows or less space, for example?
