I was charged £505.90 as well using the Nationwide CREDIT card for 99k points on 1st Jan. I think that the cost of purchases in a foreign currency is exactly the same with the Nationwide Credit Card and Nationwide Debit Card. Foreign currency cash advances on the other hand cost more using their credit card than their debit card.
