Maybe you know this and they don't suit your needs, but there are pdf timetables available on the web site. Good luck finding them, though! You have to go through "Travelling with Us" and then "Our Network" before seeing the "Timetables" option. Of course, then you need to know the difference between VT1, VT3, and the others, but it's a start.
