I think BA would do well to better use the resources they have - taking passenger's coats on every CE flight and delivering meals personally where possible, with a smile costs nothing - priority boarding can't cost BA anything. If the customer service aspect of flying with BA wasn't so errant (and I don't mean uniformly bad

) they could still win customers, despite the cuts that really are worthwhile making.
I feel that somehow Easyjet appears to be winning some edge in the customer service stakes.. from what I've read.
