I don't know of any SkyTeam airlines that have household/family accounts. You can always transfer the miles they earn in their own account to your account -- up to some maximum per year -- but it's not cheap and not something I generally consider a great value.

An alternative would be to put the miles in their own account and then do one of several partner activities to top-off their account so that there are enough miles to be redeemed for an award of your choice, presuming you have their permission.
