Maybe it's the FT audience but noone has mentioned catching the subway at the city station and then taking a cab when you get off the subway. Unless you don't like subways or have too many bags, that's the way to go from my perspective.
the luggage is the culprit , brattflyer , and even with a trolley bag ...the distances one has to walk is a killer and lets face it i aint young anymore !!
