Much like the recent *upgrade* of Austrian's once fantastic air manager service I too have noticed the tendency that 'improvement' usually equates to dumbing down, rather than empowering the user. I do support that notion that casual users should be able to quickly and easily book the trip they require but for those of us on FT who love it complicated
