Just many of us would argue there is little logical or fair about the magnitude of the discrepancy in points requirements in the first place, your logical and fair suggestion is not the case here - if you move, your status moves with you (and then you're 'stuck' for 6 months again and your renewal requirements will be for the new 'home' country).
