This was discussed a while back. A lot of people were up'd to the next tier in 2005.

In 2006, due to the Double EQM bonus, I don't know of anyone who didn't have 75K getting PE. In fact, a guy I work with was 74 miles short and didn't get it.

And yes, I abuse him regularly about it.

Moral of the story, don't count on getting it, even if all of your fares are J's.
