Good suggestion. There's a repeat offender at the Maglev station. A small grayish VW 4-door car with license plate that is PD W3730 or D W3730 has serial offender drivers at Longyang. He works the normal taxi queue there, perhaps with the complicity of the guy working the taxi line shuffling people amongst the taxis, since I've seen him myself too a few times.
