Expert Flyer Flight Status Comments

I was wondering if there is a key to the comments section in Expert Flyer's flight status. For example, a slightly delayed AA18 SFO-JFK reads:

Comments:

A/E F177

PRE0715

Is there any place that could teach me to read these, and other, items in the comments field?
