When you post how many miles you're getting from a MR, or how many cents per mile you're getting, how are you calculating them? Are you using just the actual flight miles, or are you adding in elite bonuses, promotion miles, or any other type of miles to your flight miles? I see some people post that they are getting 15,000 miles from their MR and I can't figure out how they get that many miles.
