I'm in Europe already and checked this reservation again, and guess what... it is back to exactly where it was before the supervisor 'fixed' it. It is again under the wrong name with the wrong hhonors # and wrong room type.
The diamond desk supervisor that 'fixed' it last week gave me his phone extension and said to call him back directly if I have any more issues, but of course I can't call from here (
I tried using my calling card to call the diamond desk 877 number and somehow got France Telecom?)
So can anyone tell me a non-toll free phone number to reach the diamond desk so that I can call from here? I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks.
