Immediate family defintion

First of all, happy new year!

Got home from holiday with my family in Bangkok yesterday. All of us got complimentary upgrades to C on the flight from CPH, and was op-uped to Economy Extra on the flight back ^ .

We were also allowed into the Thai lounge at BKK. When we got to CPH I was told that the only family I was allowed to bring into the lounge was wife and children, but that they would make an exception this time (I was travelling with my parents and brother). I know I have seen the definiton for "immediate family" some where, but can not remember where. Anybody who knows?

Also: Has anyone ever been rejected to bring family members into the lounge in CPH?

Cheers
