is LAN offering cash upgrades (economy->business) at checkin (if you ask nicely )?
if yes - how much do they charge on average, are there any restrictions involved (like only possible for OW elite or LANPass elite or only possible from higher fare classes)?

i am especially interested in a flight MIA-LIM as it is a night flight. (my ticket would be booked in Q-class and i am no OW elite)
