Another less-than-desirable option might be:

4507 HVN -> PHL (3:32pm -> 4:50pm)
1545 PHL -> CLT (6:40pm -> 8:29pm)
1590 CLT -> JAX (9:55pm ->11:07pm)

Don't know if you want to do two stops, but at least it is out of New Haven.
