USAir Cancelled my flight in two weeks - what are my rights?

I was set to fly HVN-JAX via PHL for a vacation, and the PHL-JAX leg got cancelled. I was going to fly at 6pm on Fri. 1/12, getting into JAX at around 10pm. They offered me a flight late Friday morning, which I can't do because I have to work that day. Now, I either have to drive up to BDL and fly out at 6pm (and have to leave work early which I don't want to do, and drive through rush hour in Hartford, which I also don't want to do), or go Sat. morning from HVN at 5:30am. Either way, I'll have to leave my car, which will cost me at least $30 that I wasn't going to spend, as a friend was going to give me a ride to HVN. They also offered me a refund, which won't do me any good at all because I do need to be in JAX. Right now, I'm thinking that the Sat. 5:30am from HVN will be better. What can I ask for/demand from USAir? In other words, what are my rights?
