So I finally found out today that the White Envelope recipients are now called "Executive Partners". Looked up my SkyMiles account today and under the Membership Level heading, it now says (in the following order):

Executive Partner
Million Miler
Platinum Medallion
Crown Room Club Member

Incidentally, on my flight today, the FA mentioned to me while I was waiting for the lav that the Executive Partner designation is now also on the pax. manifest next to the passenger's name (where it says MM/PM, etc., there is now also an additional designation "EP"). The FA said that they have been told that these are "VIPs" etc.,

Please note: I am posting this info as an FYI in the spirit of FT, and not to boast about having this...so now we know that this 'fourth tier' actually has a name and is showing up on pax. lists, etc. though I doubt DL will ever officially publish the qualification criteria......
