I've sat in 6A in WBC on the A330-300. Not exactly my favorite WBC seat, but if thats the last window seat left, it will do.

Yes, you do have to look forward to see out the window, as the "window" directly next to the seat is blanked out. You can still see out the front one though.
The biggest negative is the proximity of the galley. There is often a lot of noise associated with meal prep and the chatty FA's and their galley gossip. Also, there is significantly more engine noise due to the proximity of the engines. Now, I actually like to hear the roar of the engines so I don't mind this, but the galley noise & light I found to be annoying. I much prefer 4A & 5A instead since you get 3 full windows, instead of just 1 in 6A.
