I decided to purchase the US club membership just before Christmas.( I was at LAX two hours early & had a 3.5 hr layover in PIT on Dec. 21/22). Paid $200 and received 5000 miles. (posted today ) Ran out of the club pass that came with each kit. I enjoy using the club & the time passes by quickly even with the 3 or 4 hour layovers. Worth it if you fly a moderate amount or more often.
