A terrible combination of ticket-problem (LX and LH staff pointing and arguing and pointing to the other but where not able to give me BPs) staff not ringing the staff at gate to inform them I am on my way and the queue at the security C&F refusing to let me jump the queue while waiting 20-25min (!!!) cause some families and non-experienced people in front of me... my worst day in ZRH
