I had it recently on CUN-MEM. An NWA tech officer next to me told me that on that route the meals for the return flight are packed in dry ice and carried in the belly of the outbound flight. Pretty tasty -- VERY similar to the "pulled beef" served @ Interstate Bar-B-Q in MEM food court.
