Have booked twice in the past 14 months or so (BKK-CNX-HKT). No problems and my reservations were ticketed and charged quickly both times. I had to change my first reservation and then eventually have it refunded; had much better luck dealing with LAX reservations via email then on the phone (though it would take a few days between my email and the response).
