Good advice all around, but 30 minutes from one end of the McNamera terminal to the other seems a bit too much? Granted, there are always those slow movers who block up the moving sidewalks, but with the moving sidewalks, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes tops at a moderate pace.
Not to mention the tram.
The one and only MR I took in and out of MCO was on the same metal going there and back, so the 30 minute layover really didn't phase me. If you're doing a MR, you might want to consider doing this, so that there's no risk that if your flight is delayed, you'll miss your connection.
