Problems Booking on Thai Website: Common or Isolated?

Have others here had problems with booking tickets on the Thai website, esp booked in the US but for purely domestic travel in Thailand?

I booked two RT tickets in late November for BKK-KBV (separate from the ORD-BKK sectors). E-ticket confirms were sent, so I did not pay much attention until I noticed that no charges came through for them. When I called the US reservations, they had no explanation and said they needed to telex Bangkok to find out. Though they promised to call back the next day, it has been a couple of days. No call or charge to the card yet.

I am just curious to find out if this is common or unusual. It will help set my expectations for how long it will take to resolve. Last thing I want is to have them cancel the ticket for non-payment when it is their error in putting through the charge. (BTW, the cc number was entered correctly as the live agent pulled it up in the record and read it to me.)

Thanks.
