I actually did mine in CVG (at the B CRC) but I cant say enough good about the folks at the C CRC in Atlanta, they have helped me through some MAJOR nightmares lately (including my home airport accidently deleting one of my itinerires while I was on it, long story). They will spend hours on something til they make it work!!!! That mess took over 2 hours for them to straighten out and they never gave up!
I will second that. I wanted to use Delta Dollars for a CRC one day pass for my father for a future date. There is no way in Delta's system to do that. The good folks at C circumvented the rules and turned my DD into a pass. Very nice of them. I go out of my way to use that particular CRC, especially when there is a disruption in service.
