As a regular AC and UAX flyer between ORD and YUL, I really enjoy the IFE that Air Canada has (lots of tv shows that my Tivo doesn't know I like, and good made in Canada documentaries) and just how nice the Embraers are (clean, new, comfy).
To compensate for all of this on the equally-new-but-not-at-all-maintained-in-the-same-way UAX Embraers, I like to play "What's that smell?" once we're all settled in. Last time it was cat pee! Another fun game is "Ask for a second drink". I'm 0 for 97 on that game....
Yes Derek, this is why I love Continental. They have no shame in grabbing a can of Lysol to smooth the odor, even if it is someones fault. How do I know? Once an older man flagellated audibly. The odor was quite overwhelming to the point a lady behind him pressed the service button. When the attendant got there, she pretty much turned green, went to the front and got a can of Lysol and covered one stinch with another, but what they hey, its the thought and customer service that counts!
