I can tell you one thing: the title of the thread and article are both completely inaccurate.

As mentioned earlier, I appreciate your quest to point out how the 1st amendment is constantly spat upon by this administration, but I would encourage you to post non-travel related news items in OMNI. Personally, I think Flyingmama is correct on the motives here.
Your speculation on my motivation is suitable for OMNI (and a violation of of the FT TOS). An allegation that, despite promises to conduct a policy review, the NPS hasn't done so and continued to disseminate the offensive material (that's constitutionally-offensive, not literally-offensive) is certainly news.
