My rebuttal to NWA's TTU response is that NWA owns this problem, as they made the business decision to only staff their gates with one GA. If UGs are a published benefit, then the responsibility lies with NWA to ensure that this benefit is delivered, consistently. If that takes more than one GA per gate to ensure that FC goes out full, then so be it, or don't advertise what you cannot deliver.
There's some logic in this. Advertise a feature, and you'd better deliver. The question is... what's the remedy for this example, when the CSR line
confirms that an F seat went out empty, and you were in the back?
