The last time I flow TG from BKK to LHR in First Class I was given a 1 litre evian after having finished the tiny lil bottle, ofcourse I requested it. On the flight back to BKK from LHR they handed out british lemmington spa water or something like that which was in a small bottle and once near empty the crew asked me to refill the bottle.
