within the last week they redid their log in, adding an extra layer of security in the form of 3 questions you must answer.
The three I get are: #1: name of your children (I don't have any)
#2: name of your kindergarten teacher (I didn't go to kindergarten and even if I did, I wouldn't remember her/his name)
#3: name of your favorite historical figure (I can't really say I have a favorite historical figure, it wouldn't be fair to all the others)
Even when I try to make up some answers, I get sent to a page that asks for a security code (which I have no clue as to where it supposed to be coming from) and then when I click continue, I get an error message.
This is thru AccountsOnline, who actually do the online banking for CitiBank.
When I called CS they told me they don't support Safari or Firefox on the Mac, only PC browsers.

Ocassionaly after I log in, the screen comes up blank, but if I hit reload it works fine. What problem were you having?
