Nope, it's Europe to US only, and only on certain carriers.
There are some other countries where you get stickers like this though. Israel comes to mind. I also got one in India, but I think that was because I was flying Delta on a flight that continued to the US (I got off in FRA).
Personally, I don't mind the stickers, they make your passport look even more used (which some consider a good thing), but I could do without the nonsense questions.
