A 1k can nominate one Premier Associate (3P) when they cross 75k EQMs and one Premier (2P) when they cross 125k EQMs. When your dad crosses those thresholds, he will receive an email providing instructions on how to do so.
There is an expiration date on the nominations as well. These are free to gift.
