Hong Kong Flower Lounge is good. I was just there on Christmas. Two other dim sum places nearby -- Fook Yuen which is right down the block from HK Flower Lounge and the Kitchen which is one block down from Fook Yuen. All are on the same side of the street (El Camino) so if one is too crowded, I just walk to the next one.
