As aforementioned, this is a relatively short flight. Actual flying time can be under 6 hours. It'll go by quickly.

My suggestion is to bring your own food and non-alcoholic libations. That way, you don't have to wait for the meals to be served by the FAs which can be well over an hour into the flight. This will maximize your time to sleep.

The croissant served just before landing is quite tasty though. I wished they would serve a pre-arrival croissant on the overnight LAX/SFO-JFK in J.
