A previous flight pass I had, booked in "B" allowed free changes prior to departure. From what I have pasted below, once I have made a booking, changes are not free. Am I right in my interpretation?


4 - Changes are subject to availability

Change/Cancel fee of $40CAD applies and is subject to availability and day of week restrictions where applicable.
