Me too I really was kicking myself while sitting in first ATL-MLB (didn't clear on the 757 to MCO) about not getting their names or the SMS rep's.

It took me literally 5 minutes from hearing the MX announcement to get the flight re-reouted (thanks to the confirmation by the lead GA that they didn't have a plane yet to reaccomodate and that i'd be better going to MLB). It showed why I'm happy to continue to give $5-20 per r/t to Delta.
