I like Royal Plaza on Scotts, located at Scotts and Orchard (right near the Mariott and CK Tangs). Great location, nice service..

Apparently they are closed for reservations until Jan 07, but when they were open in the past they had reasonable rates ~120 USD. I hope their new rates don't sky rocket.
