I just got this response from a comment I submitted on Delta.com, I'm hoping that the agent(s) involved will get a :-: in their file. Does this happen?

I was sorry to learn of the difficulty you encountered when flight
(1655), December 20, 2006 canceled due to a mechanical. While I regret
that you were delayed on your trip to Orlando your graciousness is
appreciated in accepting an alternate routing.

During irregular operations, we try to arrange the first available
alternate transportation to the destination for each passenger on
