I have realized this about Goodwood Park. They are asking over 200 SGD the nights I need. Looks like i'm going to robertson quay for the neighborhood of 50US a night.
If I were to pay the 200+ SGD a night I'd go for the IC at 230 and get points I'd want to use again. Although I've seen pics of the rooms at Goodwood Park and that is why I'd like to try it.
