I had the same problem with my 3/2001 WP Visa usage post with transaction date 1/2000. I called the WP Customer Service and was told to contact WP Visa. However, WP Visa Customer Service told me that they don't submit dates to NW (which would explain why the NW system defaulted to 1/2000) and that NW should have gone by the date the transaction was submitted. The bottom line is that each side blame the other and left it up to the other side to fix it.
Would be nice to hear
wp's input on this problem.
By the way, I should still have the 5 credits required:
