I stayed there this past August. It is a former Holiday Inn that has been nicely renovated. There isn't a lounge at this property, but I was given a room on the top(?) floor and was informed at checkin that there is a refrigerator located by the vending machines that is stocked with complimentary water and sodas. Nice complimentary full breakfast in the restaurant. Nice business center with a couple of computers with free internet.
