I need a flight in the Summer from NYC to PHX. The choices seem to be:

1. Direct flight on all-Y JetBlue flight for $149.
- Is B6 really the code for JetBlue?

2. Direct flight on HP/US - $500 in F.
- Do I get BD miles for flying with either HP or US flight code?

3. Indirect flight on AA - similar $500 in F.


I can't find a reason to fly AA, apart from getting the BAMiles. Longer flight, connection in some pit like ORD. No food. No reason at all.

It's hard to justify F on HP (is it any good?) when you can go Jet Blue for $149 - that's about the same as the cost of a taxi from home to Gatwick.

What would you guys do?
